How do I create an account?
Visit: https://www.hghw.com/agent-resource-center/
Click on “Register – Profile Setup”
Fill all fields and click Register.
Once complete you will be able to log in using the email and password you set up
What if I receive an error saying I am already registered?
You can reset your password by clicking “RESET PASSWORD”
How do I change my password or set a password I can remember more easily?
Log into the Agent Resource Center THEN visit: https://www.hghw.com/wp-admin/profile.php
Here you can update your password to whatever you’d like by finding your name at the top right of the screen and selecting “Edit Profile”.
If you scroll down you will see password options.
Don’t forget to click “Update Profile” at the bottom of the page once you’ve set your desired password.
How can I reduce image file sizes and save as JPG?
There are many photo editing programs available and those that are built into your computer
may be sufficient for reducing photo sizes to get them below our 2mb limit and requirement that
they are saved as .jpg files.
