He has worked at HomeGuard, the partner company of HomeGuard HomeWarranty, since he was sixteen. His role at HomeGuard HomeWarranty includes managing all aspects of the operation and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Jim Steffenson’s extensive management experience and leadership skills has helped make HomeGuard Incorporated the premier real estate inspection and repair company in Northern California that it is today.
