Bought a policy for a client.  Shortly after they moved in heat quit working Thanksgiving weekend, Homeguard said they didn’t have anyone available, client could call a local company and homeguard would pay.  Local company came out, gave clients a $10,000.  estimate.  Homeguard sent another repairman out, fixed the unit with screw driver and ordered a part.  Funny thing, when I bought the policy for my client Homeguard never ran my card for payment.  During the repairs Homeguard phoned me and asked if they could run my card, this act makes it hard for me to believe all the negative ratings this company is getting.

I am a Realtor and buy these warranties for my clients as a closing gift.  Today I had the opportunity to see for myself how great they are..  Cerena Salas and the Home Guard Warranty team were great! Our furnace went out.  We live in the high desert and may have snow this weekend.  We are in our mid to late 70’s and don’t do well in a cold house.  I called this morning and by 2pm we had it fixed…  our house is warm again.  Thank you all so much!!!

I had a couple of plumbing issues yesterday at my house. I emailed Home Guard and they sent out a plumber the same day. He took care of everything. Really impressed!! I highly recommend them. Especially good to have them if you have a rental. I’m a realtor and will be using them and recommending them to all my clients from now on!

Ac on a new house stop working, I made one phone call and they scheduled someone to check it, the next day they send another company to check it, within two days the AC company called me and said they approved the replacement of the AC (which was close to $6,000) and we are on schedule for tomorrow morning, no hassle and no issue , great service , Thank you

We have gone through multiple claims and the claim process has been smooth and without incident. It takes a while at time to get appointments but that’s due to the vendors. Their website isn’t most updated but calling usually gets the job done. I’ll recommend them for home warranty

Most of the time, you hear horror stories about Home Warranty companies.. Not HomeGuard! They are truly the best… I have had a pool nightmare, and dealing with Briana at Homeguard makes me a forever client! (if they will have me!!) This company makes you feel like you are a person and not a number. They listen and are totally reasonable.. I cannot express how happy I have been with them and their service.. Again, huge shout out to Briana for going the extra mile. The extra touch and consideration is what makes this company second to none.
