HomeGuard HomeWarranty, Inc, an Arizona Home Protection Company is seeking an exceptional Vendor Relations/Authorization Representative to work in our Tempe, Arizona office.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Have the ability to locate and purchase parts
  • Have the ability to build our data base with contractors
  • Have the ability to manage vendors pricing
  • Negotiate recall pricing
  • Make decision on coverage of claims
  • Dependable
  • Customer service skills
  • Problem solving
  • Reliable
  • Computer skills in MS Excel, Word and Outlook required
  • Strong organization and follow up skills
  • Team Player with the ability to think and act independently

We are looking for someone who has had previous customer service experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This position is 40 hours per week, must be able to work some Saturdays. Background and Drug screening is required.
