HomeGuard HomeWarranty, Inc, an Arizona Home Protection Company is seeking an exceptional Vendor Relations/Authorization Representative to work in our Tempe, Arizona office.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Have the ability to locate and purchase parts
- Have the ability to build our data base with contractors
- Have the ability to manage vendors pricing
- Negotiate recall pricing
- Make decision on coverage of claims
- Customer service skills
- Problem solving
- Computer skills in MS Excel, Word and Outlook required
- Strong organization and follow up skills
- Team Player with the ability to think and act independently
We are looking for someone who has had previous customer service experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This position is 40 hours per week, must be able to work some Saturdays. Background and Drug screening is required.
