Qualifications:
- Proven ability to cut through barriers to effectively sell/close.
- Good business acumen; experience with basic contracts and pricing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in person and via email and Zoom
- Strong social media presence.
- Ability to learn sales and prospecting methodologies.
- Self-motivated, hungry and a passion for sales.
- Team player that is driven by individual performance and contribution.
- Experience working in the Real Estate Industry or related field.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Valid California Driver’s license
- Car in good working order
